Hi! We are Tom and Katie, the team behind Canyon Plumbing Solutions—and Styx, our four-legged quality control supervisor.

As a local family-owned business, we believe plumbing service should be straightforward, honest, and friendly. Our goal is simple: provide expert solutions, clear communication, and the kind of customer experience we'd want for our own home.

Tom Bush is the owner of Canyon Plumbing Solutions and a licensed Master Plumber serving Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. His plumbing career began in 2013 while working for Hajoca Corporation, one of the nation's largest plumbing distributors, where he developed a strong foundation in plumbing systems, products, and customer service.

In 2018, Tom transitioned into plumbing full-time, apprenticing under experienced Master Plumbers and quickly advancing into leadership roles. After years of hands-on field experience, he brought his expertise to Arizona and founded Canyon Plumbing Solutions with a simple goal: provide honest, high-quality plumbing services backed by clear communication and exceptional customer care.

Today, Tom handles every project with technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

When he's not helping customers, you'll find Tom mountain biking, hiking, and traveling with Katie and Styx. 

Katie helps keep Canyon Plumbing Solutions running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling and customer communication to administrative support, she helps ensure every customer receives a friendly, organized, and stress-free experience.

In addition to supporting the business, Katie is also a Registered Nurse, bringing the same compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to helping others that she applies in healthcare. She shares the commitment to honesty, reliability, and exceptional customer service that Canyon Plumbing Solutions was built on.

When she is not working, Katie can be found recreating outdoors, visiting local farmer's markets, and connecting to the Flagstaff community.
